1) Briefing and NDA

We collect requirements, constraints and performance targets. We sign NDAs upon request to protect data.

2) Co-design materiali

Selection of fibers (aramid, carbon, glass, basalt, steel, PBO) and reinforcements. Definition of weight, thickness and finishes.

3) Prototype and testing

We produce samples and verify them with mechanical/thermal tests according to internal procedures.

4) Industrialization and QA

Production start-up, control and traceability plans compliant with our ISO 9001 Quality System.

Instruments and test laboratory

We have frames dedicated to prototyping and an internal laboratory equipped for:

Mechanical tests: traction, bending.

Upon request we collaborate with accredited external laboratories for third-party certifications.

Times and SLA

For standard projects:

Response to brief: within 3 working days.
Prototype: 2–3 weeks from technical confirmation.
Production launch: 2–4 weeks based on materials.

SLA: order confirmation, test plan, quality and traceability report provided according to ISO 9001:2015. For emergencies we offer preferential lanes following technical alignment.
