Our weaves cover functional and aesthetic needs for high-performance technical fabrics.

  • Plain (canvas): maximum stability and isotropy.
  • Twill (twill): superior drape and better resistance to bending.
  • Satin (satin): smooth surface, low waviness of the threads.
  • Basket (panama): 2x2, 3x3 variants for greater volume.
  • Leno (gassa/gauze): stability on smooth fibers and technical meshes.
  • Specials: hybrids, light multiaxials, technical jacquard.
Featured weave patterns
Fleet of looms
- Rapier and sickle looms for high tenacity fibres.
- Useful widths: 50–1200 mm (tolerances on request).
- Fineness: from 0.8 to 12 threads/mm depending on the fibre.

Tolerances and process control
- Standard weights: ±3%.
- Density warp/weft: fine adjustment for uniformity.
- Batch traceability and recorded machine parameters.

Processed materials
- Aramid, carbon, E and AR glass, basalt, galvanized steel, AISI 316 stainless steel, Zylon PBO.

- Cutting and packaging in rolls or tapes.
100% inspection
- Visual inspection for defect detection.
- Measurement of weight, thickness and thread density per batch.

Traceability
- Labels with batch code and process parameters.
- Digital register of controls and CoC release on request.

Certifications
